From the desert region of Patagonia's Río Negro Valley, old, ungrafted vines of Pinot Noir lured Piero Incisa della Rocchetta to this region of Argentina. This fresh, dry, red-fuited rosé comes from 25 year-old vines from the Barda vineyard, and is vinified entirely in stainless steel. Pair with grilled salmon with chimichurri.
