Delivery  Policy

Somm Cellars offers local delivery to all of Manhattan and wide areas of Brooklyn, LIC and New Jersey (included zip codes listed below).

We offer free local delivery on orders of any size between 52nd St. and 72nd, and west of Columbus Avenue.

We also offer free delivery on orders above $99 to the entirety of our delivery territory.  Delivery fee otherwise shall be $15.

We offer same-day delivery for all Manhattan orders placed before 12pm excepting Sundays and Tuesdays.  All Manhattan orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 48 hours.

Note that we delivery to Brooklyn and LIC/Queens on Thursdays and New Jersey on Saturdays.

Shipping Policy

For shipments throughout the US we are happy to coordinate shipping on your behalf and do not profit from any shipping arrangements we make for you.

Shipment is available by ground or air Monday through Friday.

If you require immediate or expedited delivery of your wines, including Saturday delivery please request it.

Return Policy

Somm Cellars is able to extend the following terms for returns or replacements up to one year after the purchase of a given product:

All corked wines can be returned for replacement or store credit.

Prematurely oxidized white wines not older than 10 years can be returned for the replacement of the same item or returned for store credit.  We are unable to accept returns for oxidized wines older than 10 years.  

For wines aged 20 years or older, we are unable to replace or offer store credit unless the wine is affected by TCA; extreme cases of out-of-condition older bottles will be considered on per-case basis.

We are unable to accept the return of any unopened wines or spirits.

Cancellation Policy 

Canceled orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Event & Seminar Policy

All events and seminars that require a reservation by purchasing a ticket are non-refundable and can only be transferred to another person.
