A cuvée of Crozes-Hermitage from the northern part of the appellation (granitic) in the town of Erôme. Flourishing on beautiful loess, "Le Tout" offers an intense and charming nose on yellow fruits and cream. Generous and comfortable mouth that expresses itself in length on a nice volume of fruit.
