The Puligny-Montrachet 'Les Tremblots - Haute Densité' is located on the border with Chassagne, 3% slope, 230-meters elevation, deeper clay-limestone soil, massal selection, dense plantation of about 30,000 vines per hectare. The grapes are directly pressed, light débourbage, long fermentation. Aged for 18 months in 300L and 600L barrels (0-10% new oak). Fined or filtered if necessary.
