Champagne Agrapart has been estate bottling wines since the inception of the domaine in 1894. Fourth generation vigneron Pascal Agrapart has an outsized influence over winemaking in the region overall and manages some of the oldest vines in the Côte des Blancs. 'Mineral' is an extra brut, vintage champagne made from the Bionnes vineyard in Cramant and the Champbouton in Avize. Dosage is 3g/l.
