The Eureka is blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 15% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier, all in 100% Cuvée (Première Presse du Pressoir). Alcoholic fermentation and natural fermentation with native grape yeasts, without adding sulphites or anything else. No sugar added during its preparation. This wine has not been cold fined or filtered, it’s slight cloudiness in no way affects its taste qualities. No dosage.
