Jean-François Malsert, a former wine bar owner and Rhône wine lover, started a tiny wine production at a small village of Sécheras in 2011 from his grandfather vines. With strong dedication all vineyards are farmed organically and vinified with indigenous yeast. His Saint-Joseph “Les Sabots de Coppi” is grown on granite and mica schist in the sectors of Sécheras and Ozon.
