The finest and rarest are on display today in this immaculate collection direct from a pristine cellar.  We do the unicorn sighting thing from time to time, but...a herd of them running together?  Today's offer is such a rarity.

Henri Jayer verticals lead the way, with top vintages of both 'Cros Parantoux' and 'Echezeaux' co-headlining an absolutely top-flight family of Red Burgundies.  I've had the pleasure of tasting several bottles of Jayer from this cellar and can testify first hand for their excellent provenance.  Magnums of mature Roumier 'Bonnes Mares' and Rousseau 'Clos de Bèze' are too available, as are several decades of DRC including Romanée-Conti herself.

Burgundy's whites shine too, with Coche-Dury's 'Corton-Charlemagne' and several vintages of grands crus from Domaine Leflaive worth singling out.  A little vertical of Roulot's Meursault 'Clos des Boucheres' is on the board as well - in Magnum no less - stretching back to its inaugural bottling in 2005.

Final mentions to a mouthwatering clutch of Soldera and a '70s bottling of Rayas, a rarity among rarities these days.

 Cheers,

 Jason
