Christophe Mignon is based in the prime Meunier territory of Le-Mesnil-le-Huttier and he has accordingly become renowned for his focus on the often over-shadowed grape. The 'Blanc de Noirs - ADN de Meunier' is a vintage, brut nature wine made from Pinot Meunier parcels in the villages of Festigny and Le Breuil originally planted in 1976. All fruit is hand-harvested.
