In 1976, after his grandfather death, Régis Minet inherited a mere three hectares of vines, transforming a tiny farm into a full-time domaine. Later on he succeeded in adding an additional eight hectares of vineyards to the holdings, surrounded by hills on the far east of the Loire River. 100% Sauvignon Blanc from 25-30 years old vines, aged 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel.
