The original château—of which now only the cellar remains— lies in the center of the Department of the Var, dating back to before the 12th century. After multiple owners, Sacha Lichine acquired Château d’Esclans in 2006, gathering today an area of 140 hectares of vineyards.

‘Whispering Angel’ is made from Grenache, Cinsault and Rolle (Vermentino) and responsible for igniting in the world the “Rosé Renaissance”.
