Vincent Morey has four plots of Bourgogne Blanc, one just outside of Puligny Montrachet, another outside of Chassagne Montrachet, and two more in Santenay. The average age of the vineyards is over 25 years, and the soils of these sites are predominately clay. Vincent ferments ½ the crop in oak barrels, with about 20% being new, and the other ½ sees stainless steel tanks only. Both portions get blended in a tank before bottling to settle, then are bottled un-fined and unfiltered.
