One of Beaujolais' quickest ascending stars, Mee is a perfectionist vigneronne whose wines possess real depth and impressive structure. We throw the word 'soulful' around with her wines often around the shop. A mostly whole-cluster approach and patient élévage in neutral wood are the norm here. Corcelette is perhaps her most perfumey and irresistible bottling, with red forest berries laced with touches of spice and freshyl turned earth. One of our Beaujo go-tos!
