2021 Tenuta dei Sette Cieli 'Noi 4,' Toscana

Tenuta Sette Cieli is located between Bolgheri and Castagneto Carducci, on the coast of Tuscany at 400 meters above sea level. The Estate sprawls out over 80 hectares, 10 of which are set up as vineyards. Dry stone wall terraces separate the different grape varieties grown: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec, are planted at high density in an ideal terrain for grape viticulture. The Estate overlooks Bolgheri and its landscapes made up of gently down sloping hills that enclose the sea, thus creating a fantastic mild and temperate microclimate.

'NOI4' Bolgheri is wine characterized by ripe, sweet fruit, a character distinct from the wines of the estate, from a grape that is born and grows in Bolgheri, at sea level. A blend born from the desire to explore new territories, with a powerful structure characteristic of the Bolgheri area.

Fermented in stainless-steel tanks at controlled temperatures; with indigenous yeast. Aged for 8 months in French oak (45% new), followed by a minimum 6 months in bottle. Varietal Composition: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 5% Cabernet Franc
