Since 1982 after Monsieur Ricard retirement, Serge Férigoule is in charge of farming organically the estate seventeen hectares on the great Plateau des Garrigues. “the blood of the stones,” Vacqueyras is 70% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mouvedre and Cinsault.
