Produced in AOC Coteaux Champenois , the Hommage à Camille “Volibarts” cuvée by Louis Roederer celebrates the spirit of innovation and freedom of Camille Olry-Roederer, great-grandmother of Frédéric Rouzaud. This daring woman is among the most notable figures in the history of the house. Coming from a plot of nearly 546 acres of old Chardonnay vines, planted in 1997 in Mesnil-Sur-Oger, at a place called Volibarts, this cuvée reveals a different expression of the Champagne terroir and reveals another facet of the know-how. making the family home the sole winemaker.

Skin maceration of 1/3 of the harvest. Spontaneous fermentation precedes aging for 16 months on lees in stoneware vats (44%), new barrels (28%) and stainless steel parts (28%).
