Friends since childhood, Mathieu Moron and Pierre Olivier Garcia have restored biodiversity in their vineyards, experimenting with cereals, ploughing, planting trees and using chickens to graze the land.
This Aligoté is produced from old vines and is 100% vinified in oak. Intense flavours of apple, stone fruit (white peach) and citrus (grapefruit) balances with bright acidity and smooth texture from the oak. Mineral notes lead to a refreshing, long finish.
