100% de-stemmed, cold settling with indigenous yeast ferment for 20-30 days in tank before ageing in barrel up to 2/3rds new for 1er + Grand cru and 20-25% for Hautes Cotes de Nuits using mostly Remond cooperage. Bottling unfined and unfiltered.
"The 2018 Vosne-Romanée is showing beautifully, soaring from the glass with a deep bouquet of wild berries, plums and cherries mingled with sweet spices, woodsmoke, grilled squab and rich soil tones. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, supple and velvety, with fine concentration, lively acids and an expansive finish, (WA, 90-92 points)."
