Domaine Gauby is situated in the tiny Roussillon town of Calce, a short drive from the Cataluña border of Spain. Gerard Gauby was born into a wine-making family and took the reins in the 1980s. Now, joined by his talented son Lionel, Gerard meticulously cares for his vines tending to follow biodynamic principals developing the potential of the old vines and unique terroir of this region. 'Coume Gineste' is made from Grenache Gris and Blanc from 90 years old vines.
