Domaine Robert Chevillon, a respected Burgundy estate in Nuits-Saint-Georges, spans 27 acres, with some vines up to 75 years old. The domaine, run by Robert Chevillon and his sons Denis and Bertrand, is known for its long, slow fermentation process, producing wines that are rich, classy, and opulent.

Les Vaucrains, a 15.5-acre Premier Cru vineyard in the southern part of Nuits-Saint-Georges, is regarded as one of the appellation’s finest sites. Lacking Grand Cru vineyards, the reputation of Nuits-Saint-Georges relies on its Premier Crus, and Les Vaucrains is considered among the greatest. With an elevation of 260–280 meters and rocky, sand- and clay-heavy soils, it produces vigorous, full-bodied wines with notable depth and structure.
