Mirabelle is a traditional method multi-vintage brut sparking wine. The handpicked blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are grown in cool microclimates throughout California’s North Coast. The wine spends two years aging on its lees and takes on a delightfully rich character with crisp acidity and a broad depth of fruit flavors.
