A precise and vibrant Chardonnay crafted from Koosah, Witness Tree, Temperance Hill, and Omni vineyards. Fermented with ambient yeasts on full solids in a mix of new and seasoned oak, then aged 12 months in barrel and 6 in steel on lees. High-toned and mineral, with crystalline aromatics, coiled structure, and refreshing acidity. Unfined and unfiltered.
