From a certified organic, dry-farmed block high in the Eola-Amity Hills, this Chardonnay is rooted in Jory soils at 700–750’ elevation. Hand-picked and fermented with ambient yeasts on full solids in a mix of new and seasoned oak, then aged one year in barrel and six months in steel on lees. The wine is structured, mineral, and coiled with high acidity and clear site expression. Unfined and unfiltered.
