The Monzinger Spring Cookie has a terroir of red slate and therefore produces Rieslings that, in addition to the fruit reminiscent of apricots and grapes, also have exotic notes such as pineapple. Here Tim Fröhlich has created a fantastic large plant on the steep slope with its ancient vines: light on the palate, clear, minerally fresh and with concentrated, almost playful fruit - a dream wine.
