Daniel et Julien Barraud Pouilly-Fuisse 'Alliance VV' is sourced from 4 sites in the town of Vergisson and Fuissé. The vines age is 60+ year old, just above the thin layer of clay and limestone. Using only indigenous yeast, fermented and aged in 1/3 barrel, 1/3 stainless steel, and 1/3 older 600 L barrels.
