A blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon and 16% Merlot from Monte Bello. Grapes are de-stemmed, and sorted; 100% whole berries fermented on the native yeasts. 100% air-dried American oak barrels (50% new and 50% one year old) was used, aged 19 months in barrel.
