This parcel was planted in 1988 in the north of the appellation, with many volcanic stones in the soil. Fermented and aged in oak barrels for one year, around 10% were new. A further 6 months were spent in stainless steel. Pair this medium-bodied, citrus and spice-forward dry white with smoked trout.
