The historic Château du Moulin-à-Vent is named for the 300-year-old stone windmill that sits on the hill of Les Thorins in Moulin-à-Vent, which was then called the Château des Thorins. The cuvée 'Couvent des Thorins' is made from 40 year old, hand-harvest vines that are vinified with 100% whole cluster and aged for 10 months in 90% stainless/10% French oak. It is sourced from the Les Vérillats, Le Champ de Cour, and La Rochelle vineyards.
