"From a lieu-dit just below Les Pucelles, the 2021 Puligny-Montrachet La Rue aux Vaches contributed just a single barrel that has been entirely bottled in magnum. This shows a little more reduction on the nose, but there is real intensity here with subtle undergrowth scents, light touches of wild mint filtered through the citrus fruit. The palate is very well balanced with a bitter lemon entry, fine weight and depth with quite a broad, spicy finish that lingers nicely in the mouth. Excellent, (VM, 92 points)".
