A 100% Pinot Noir, from vines grown organically and planted on a clay-limestone parcel of vines located in the commune of Villers-la-Faye, not far from Les Grands Ponts, on the border between Hautes Côtes de Nuits and Hautes Côtes de Beaune. A very beautiful terroir, perfect for producing fresh, fruit-driven cuvées. Manual harvest and natural vinification, maturation in vats. Bottled without fining or filtration, zero added sulfites.
