Winemaker Pierre Amillet works exclusively with Chardonnay, and his family has been farming some of the best vineyards in the Côte des Blancs since the late 1800s. This is a vintage blanc de blancs sourced from the well known 'Les Chétillons' vineyard in Le-Mesnil-sur-Oger. The wine was fermented in tonneaux and left in barrel until the April after harvest. The dosage is zero grams per liter.
