2021 Paradiso di Manfredi Rosso di Montalcino

Founded by Manfredi Martini in the late 1950's, Il Paradiso di Manfredi has been crafting Brunellos from the cooler hills north of Montalcino with the utmost respect for the land and its traditions. Learning while working for years at Biondi Santi, the seminal winery which every Brunello producer must thanks for its foundation, Manfredi instilled his passion in his daughter Rosella and her husband Florio who know run the estate. With vineyards close to forty years in age, their roots deeply penetrating the rocky soil, Il Paradiso's Rosso and Brunello di Montalcino have exceptional complexity, persistence and uniqueness. These are wines made with every intention for long cellaring as they are layered deeply with aromas and flavors which gradually reveal over time.
