The Dante Rivetti winery, located in Neive, has been managed by the Rivetti family since the mid-1800s. Dante Rivetti, who has been running the family estate since the second half of the 1970s, personally takes care of the vineyards with natural methods, spending most of his time in the rows. The use of synthetic products has been renounced, replacing them with low environmental impact materials; the health of the earth is maintained without the use of chemical herbicides and through the method of worm farming which transforms organic waste into humus. Also in the cellar the various stages of winemaking are followed directly by Dante, using both innovative and traditional techniques to fully bring out the characteristics of each grape variety. The fermentation of the red wines takes place rigorously at a controlled temperature through the traditional system of pumping over the must; the subsequent refinement phase takes place in oak barrels of different capacities for variable periods based on the label.
