The Chaves began making Hermitage in 1481. Traditional to the core, the current generation Gérard and son Jean-Louis are continuing a five-century dynasty of extraordinarily terroir expression. The ‘Mon Coeur’ is a blend of Syrah and Grenache, sourced from Vinsobres, Visan, Buisson, and Estargues.
