Germán Blanco (of Quinta Milú) project in Bierzo. Sourced from vineyards that belonged to German's grandmother in Bierzo Alto. Garnacha Tintorera, Garnacha, Mencia, Godello, and Doña Blanca are all farmed organically and vinified from 80+ years old vines situated between 800-1000 meters. This is a field blend fermented together in anfora and large wooden barrels.
