Created in 1975 by the legendary Jean-Francois Coche, Domaine Coche-Dury is now headed by JF’s son, Raphael, and his wife Christine; known for their old-school style and traditional winemaking techniques, the duo maintains the family’s original style farming 9 hectares of vines across 6 communes. The 2015 ‘Genevrieres’ is luscious and balanced, with nutty undertones and citrus-driven acidity. Pair with savory chicken & cream-based sauces.
