SKU: B312
Regular price $119.95In the complex landscape of Burgundy there is both a wealth of centuries-old domaines and an exciting crop of new-wave vignerons gaining lots of attention. In the middle ground, there lies some often overlooked wineries with great holdings who produce compelling wines. Antonin Guyon started his winery in the 1960's while he was in the his 50's with key vineyard parcels in Meursault and Gevrey-Chambertin. Over time, his son Dominique added great variety to the holdings with thoughtful acquisitions of holdings throughout the entire Côte d'Or.
Domaine Guyon's is very prideful of their holdings, among their most proud are their Grand Cru plots within Corton. 'Bressandes' is a prestigious plot with south and eastern exposures yielding a more powerful style of wine. With the 2013 vintage, Guyon's bottling depicts that power with a characteristic restraint and softness of the year.
