Macallan 21 year old Fine Oak, triple cask matured in a combination of American oak and sherry casks. A truly divisive malt upon its initial release due to it’s departure from the usual Macallan style. It’s oakier than the distillery’s usual output, with a strong hint of sherry due to the casks it was matured in.
