L'Apres Midi' is Peter Michael's interpretation of a classic white Bordeaux blend. The wine is made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Sémillon grown in the 'Les Pavots' vineyard alongside red Bordeaux varietals. It is barrel fermented and aged for 8 months in 100% French oak barrels. The name 'L'Apres Midi' translates to 'the Afternoon', a nod to Sir Peter's preferred time to pull the cork.
