Sourced from a high-elevation, southeast-facing block of young vines on Jory soils, this single-vineyard Chardonnay was hand-picked and vinified with precision. Fermented with ambient yeasts on full solids in a mix of new and seasoned oak, then aged one year in barrel and six months in steel on lees. The wine is aromatic, crystalline, and finely structured, showing high acidity, dry extract, and a clear sense of place. Unfined and unfiltered.
