Sourced from two organically farmed, high-elevation blocks in the Eola-Amity Hills, this Chardonnay blends the rocky intensity of Block 15 with the steep, southeast-facing precision of Block 7. Fermented with ambient yeasts on full solids in new and seasoned oak, then aged 12 months in barrel and 6 months in steel on lees. The result is a crystalline, coiled wine with high acidity, deep structure, and vivid site expression. Unfined and unfiltered.
