Pinot noir 2021 from Frostberg in Münchweier, limestone soils, medium elevation facing evening sun, west-south-west facing. Farmed organically, with used of various blend of cover crops and spontaneous vegetation, and sheeps during wintertime.
Native natural fermentation, with good care of temperature and almost only pump over. Aged in oak for 12 month (50% new) then 8 month in tank. No filtration, a bit of SO2 before bottling (50ppm).
