Kei Shiogai's Pommard expresses all the richness of its exceptional terroir. The Pinot Noir vines, planted on well-drained clay-limestone soils at altitudes ranging from 250 to 330 meters, benefit from optimal sunshine. The intense ruby-red color reveals a complex nose of black fruits. On the palate, a silky texture and fine tannins come together perfectly, offering a long, flavorful finish. This wine can be enjoyed young or after a few years' cellaring.
