Saint-Bris is an AOC located in the northern part of Burgundy close to Chablis that has similar soils and allows for the production of Sauvignon Blanc. Jean-Hugues Goisot was an early practitioner of biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy, and current winemaker Guillaume continues the practice. This Sauvignon de Saint Bris compares very favorably to many top bottlings of Sancerre.
