A complex and serious Saint-Romain that is full-bodied and rich. From 80 year-old Chardonnay vines, this spent 11 months in barriques on the lees. Dry, with white fruits, mirabelle, and a beautiful texture, this punches above its weight. Pair with pike quenelles in crayfish sauce.
