Located in the town of Beine, vinification 50% in stainless steel vats and 50% in oak barrels. This family vineyard over 25 years old produces a wine that has a beautiful structure, minerality with citrus notes as well as a pleasant freshness and a good length in the mouth. The estate's vines are planted on calcareous clay soil, typical of Chablis, which gives its wines all their finesse, minerality and purity.
