The 'Clos des Poulettes' is located in the village of Juliénas. Between the Estate and the village itself, with an area of 1.6 hectares. The wine comes exclusively from this plot. Traditional Beaujolais vinification in gridded cement vats for 8–12 days, whole bunches with temperature control. Estate bottled in February / March, just 900 bottles for the whole output for the moment, as one plot is being replanted.
