Big Basin produces wines from cool-climate, ocean-influenced vineyards throughout the Santa Cruz Mountains AVA. They maintain a low-intervention winemaking style with the intent of allowing fruit quality to shine through in the glass. Their Gabilan Mountaints blend is blend of Mourvedre, Grenache, and Syrah mostly sourced from choice granitic and limestone sites in the Gabilan Mountains.
