'The 2018 Grüner Veltliner Smaragd Greif is clear, deep and flinty on the pure, fresh, elegant and ripe nose. Based on the fruits of the plain and the terraces of the Kollmütz, this is an intense, ripe and fruity Veltliner with fine mineral freshness and bright fruit for a loess-dominated terroir. The finish is pretty salty and piquant and reveals good grip and tension.' (91+ points)
