Miljenko “Mike” Grgich first gained international recognition at the celebrated “Paris Tasting” of 1976, when he was the winemaker at Chateau Montelena. He started the Grgich Hill winery the next year and has since been making some of the most sought after wines in the Napa Valley. The Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is an opulent Bordeaux blend of mostly Cabernet Sauvignon, with a pinch of Petit Verdot, Merlot and Cabernet Franc.
